The courses are aimed at beginners and advanced learners who wish to deepen their skills in the areas of digital media and creative development.
The subject of the contract is the provision of online learning content, including video tutorials, exercises, and project templates. The courses impart practical knowledge in design, creativity, and digital media. Individual support is not part of the offer unless expressly stated in the course.
Users undertake to use the course content exclusively for personal learning purposes and not to redistribute or use it commercially without written permission. Access data must be treated confidentially. In the event of violations, we reserve the right to block access.
We assume no liability for damages arising from the use of the course content, unless such damages are due to intent or gross negligence. The content is created with the utmost care, but no guarantee can be given for its completeness or timeliness. Liability for indirect damages is excluded.
Course fees are to be paid before the course starts. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to block access. Withdrawal from the contract is possible free of charge up to 14 days before the course starts. After that, the full fee is due. Details on refunds are set out in the cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable prior notice. Users will be informed by email. If the changes are rejected, the contract may be terminated within four weeks.
